Interview with Sensitive Men's captain, sensitive man Falagar

Back in the early 90's, a new era of men were spawned.  Gone were the macho men of the 80's and what took place instead, were the Sensitive New Age Guys or SNAGS as we called them.  Hailing from that era is Falagar and his bunch of Sensitive men.  A group of guys so in touch with their emotions, that they can hear the sound of one hand clapping in a forest.

You're bound to see these guys grab a butterfly during a game of DOTA and pull it close to them, like it was a move from Australian Idol.  But don't be fooled by their actions, because deep down lies more than just emotions.  There's muscles, bones, blood and ...  Well you get the point!

Here to talk more about Sensitive Men, is their captain, Falagar.

Hey Falagar, mind introducing yourself to the Canberra DOTA2 scene?
Hey all! My name is Myles, I'm a university student who uses dota in as a procrastination tool, I wouldn't have it any other way. I am a long time player, from playing dota 1 on Garena to Dota 2.

Are you able to introduce your team mates as well and their roles in the team?
My fellow Sensitive Men are:
Tenzin: Our carry who is a barista who plans on serving up the pain on game day.
Alex: Our versatile mid who is going to everything there is to disrupt the oppositions flow.
Myself: The rough and tumble Offlaner, just try and kill me, I dare you!
Cameron: Roaming support who will be everywhere and no-where, look out.
Tom: Lane support, he's going to make sure you don't touch Tenzin until he's ready to roll.

How long have you played together with your current team?
We've been playing together online for nearly two years, Tenzin is a recent addition that's helped us in more ways than one.

We would assume that this is your first tournament on LAN as a team?
This is our first tournament as a team and the first tournament over all for most of us.

What would you like to achieve from participating from this tournament?
Considering this is our first one as a team I would love to see us pull out a win or two but mostly just want to be as competitive as possible in every game we play.

With a team name such as Sensitive Men, what kind of playing style can we expect on the day?
Expect an emotional game, we wont take anything personally and I hope to see the same from our competitors.

What are your thoughts on the Australian DOTA2 Scene and how we’re looked upon by our international peers?
Honestly don't know much about the Australian Dota scene, I would like to see a high profile Australian make a splash until that point I don't see internationally being taken too seriously.

Back to our own local scene, is there any teams that you’re familiar with and respect? Or as Sensitive Men, would like to have a talk to?
At this point we're unfamiliar with the local scene but look to it as a great opportunity

If expectations fall short, will we see you in future Canberra DOTA2 tournaments?
I'd like to believe we'll be back for the next one. Only way to get better.

Falagar, thank you for your time, is there anything further that you’d like to add?
Just want to thank The Barracks, Sky Internet Cafe and Fredison for organising this tournament, looking forward to it.
